Andrew Gray is Co-Founder and CEO of CoLabs Australia, the country's leading life sciences coworking and shared laboratory network, operating sites in Brunswick, Notting Hill and Sydney's Eveleigh precinct.

Since bootstrapping the first site during Melbourne's COVID lockdowns, Andrew has built CoLabs into a multi-site operation providing lab space, technical infrastructure, procurement support and flexible membership models for early-stage life sciences companies. The network has supported more than 35 companies, whose members have collectively raised over $330 million, including Quantum Brilliance, Inflexion and Cortical Labs.

Andrew works closely with government, investors and research institutions to strengthen the infrastructure available to Australian biotech and deep tech founders, and is focused on making world-class lab space and scientific ecosystems accessible from day one, rather than a barrier startups have to overcome later.
