Dr Natasha Korica is a life sciences leader with more than 15 years of experience spanning biomedical research, laboratory operations, commercial development and industry partnerships.

With a PhD in Cancer Genomics and Molecular Drug Targets from The University of Queensland, Natasha began her career in translational cancer research at QIMR Berghofer before moving into biotechnology, gaining experience across GMP manufacturing, quality management and technology translation. She has since led strategic partnerships, funding initiatives and commercial programs across Australia and the Asia-Pacific.

Natasha currently leads the Brisbane operations of Life Science Incubator (LSI) at QIMR Berghofer, supporting biotechnology companies from early-stage ventures to global organisations through commercial strategy, laboratory operations, regulatory compliance and ecosystem development, with a focus on strengthening Australia’s connections across the APAC life sciences sector.
