Simon Rosof is Head of Asia Pacific for Bayer Pharmaceuticals and serves as Country Division Head for the ASEAN cluster, based in Singapore.

He brings more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with expertise spanning commercial strategy, general management, portfolio leadership, and market development.

Prior to his current role, he served as Senior Vice President and Head of Product & Pipeline for Bayer Pharmaceuticals in the United States, leading commercialization across Oncology, Cardiovascular & Renal, and Women’s Healthcare. Throughout his career, Simon has held senior leadership positions at Bayer and Bristol Myers Squibb, including serving as General Manager for BMS Singapore.

He has led teams across multiple therapeutic areas and is passionate about driving innovation, developing talent, and expanding patient access to medicines across Asia Pacific.
