Mindaugas Keizeris is CEO of EPSO-G, Lithuania’s state-owned new energy group, a position he has held since August 2022.
He leads the group’s strategic direction, overseeing the implementation of energy infrastructure and security projects of national and regional importance. Under his leadership, EPSO-G is taking an active role in advancing projects at the intersection of energy and defence – an emerging and strategically important area where energy infrastructure is increasingly linked to national security and resilience.

Mindaugas also serves as a Member of the Board of Litgrid, Lithuania’s electricity transmission system operator.

He has nearly 15 years of experience in the energy sector, with extensive expertise in corporate governance and large-scale infrastructure development. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles and served on the boards and supervisory bodies of key energy companies.

He has significant experience in delivering complex infrastructure projects and driving strategic transformation, contributing to the strengthening of energy security and regional market integration across the Baltic states.
