Niki Wong is currently the Director heading the Global Technical Operations group in AbbVie Biologics Singapore, which oversees process development and tech transfer activities for biologics processes. She is also the CMC lead for a commercial drug substance program. She has spent 15 years in AbbVie/Abbott, with prior roles as process and tech transfer leads. Her previous experience as a Research Scientist at the Bioprocessing Technology Institute provided a foundation of innovation in bioprocess research, which she hopes to realize and apply in industry. Niki is a passionate advocate for automation and digitalization in biologics manufacturing. She is actively working to establish robust frameworks that drive efficiency across the programs and functions she leads.
