Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received before 30 days prior to arrival will be charged 1 night room & tax. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior will be charged for the price of the length of stay booked.

Getting to Paradise Valley
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (25 miles from hotel) is known as America's Friendliest Airport! Sky Harbor is one of the ten busiest in the nation for passenger traffic with a $90 million daily economic impact.

Hotel Parking
Overnight valet parking is included with the nightly resort fee. For day visits, valet is $15 plus tax.
Taxi Service
Taxi service is available outside of the baggage claim in the "Blue Diamond" area. The approximate cost of a taxi ride to the Paradise Mountain Resort is $60 - $75.
Uber
The estimated pricing from the airport to the Paradise Mountain Resort is $28 - $36 for UberX, $44 - $58 for UberXL, $89 - $117 for UberBlack and $116 - $150 for UberSUV. The areas that passengers can catch a Uber from, designated with “ride share” signs, are outside door 8 for terminal 2, outside door 4 for terminal 3 and outside door 1 north and door 8 south for terminal 4.
