Adam Powadiuk is the Assistant Vice President at First National Financial, one of Canada’s largest non-bank lenders. Adam entered the industry in 2010 and has been at First National as part of a large team since 2012. He originates loan nationally but has a focus on the Ontario and BC multi-family markets. Adam Powadiuk is the co-host of the Commercial Real Estate Podcast, has written for industry publications and served as President of the Toronto CCIM chapter (2016).
