David Bloomstone has over 25 years of multi-residential experience and is a Director in the Real Estate Group at TD Securities. David is responsible for the account coverage of the public and private multi-residential REITs, institutional owners and large private real estate companies. Since joining TD in 2006, David and the Multi-Residential Property Brokerage team have been involved in over $5B of multi-residential transactions across Canada. The Real Estate Group at TD Securities is involved in four main business areas including investment banking, corporate banking, commercial real estate brokerage and corporate mortgage lending products.
