Jamie Cooper is Co-President, Asset Management and President, Development and Income Properties at Dream Unlimited Corp., and a member of the company’s Executive Management Team.

As President, Development and Income Properties, Mr. Cooper is responsible for advancing the company’s development pipeline and driving the long-term growth and performance of Dream’s national portfolio of apartment, retail, and commercial assets.

As Co-President of Dream Asset Management, Mr. Cooper helps lead one of Canada’s largest real estate investment platforms. He is actively involved in the growth of the firm’s asset management business, including execution of existing strategies, the development of new investment strategies, capital partnerships, and investment vehicles across multiple sectors and geographies.

Mr. Cooper joined Dream in 2014 and has held a variety of leadership roles across the organization. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University.
