She has also held operations roles at a HK family office and led market entry strategies for global brands like lululemon and TOMS into China.

A trilingual cross-cultural strategist, Jen now advises organisations on using AI to operationalise business development and operations, drawing on her deep understanding of institutional investment, market entry, and the dynamics of global capital flows.
