Santosh Yadav is Senior Director, Drug Product Development at Ocugen, where she leads drug product and formulation development for the company's AAV gene therapy and biologic fusion protein pipeline. She brings more than 15 years of CMC leadership across analytical development, drug product formulation, and lifecycle management, with prior roles at Merck, Johnson & Johnson, WuXi Biologics, and AbbVie, where she served as Center Director. She holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
