Room and tax for two nights (April 27 and April 29) will be covered by CSP, unless you inform us otherwise. Please do not contact the hotel directly. If you choose to extend your stay, you may certainly do so at your own expense.

Cancellation Policy

When booking on Delta.com, please choose your destinaton, arrival and departure dates. There is a option to "Advance Search" right below. Click on that and to the right, there is a space called "Meeting Code." Put the promotional code in there, and it will apply the discount for you.

When booking on United.com, choose your destination and arrival and departure date. To apply your promotional code, push "Advanced Seach" and go to where it says "Upgrades, Certificates and Promotion Codes". Put the promotional code under "Promotions and Certicates" and "offer code". Press "Find Flights" at the bottom and it will apply the discount code for you.
