Dr. Adil Kodian is an Executive Vice President at Rohit, where he oversees the delivery of around 1,500 homes a year across Canada, drawing on over 25 years in real estate, public sector and tech. As Board Chair of BILD Alberta and a director with CIVIDA and Attainable Homes Calgary, he's deep in the trenches of housing policy and affordability at both the municipal and provincial level. He chaired the zoning bylaw committee for CHBA Edmonton and provided technical reviews for Edmonton's current zoning bylaw. He also co-founded BuildBase™, an AI platform that is disrupting homebuilding operations. Armed with a B.Eng., Ph.D., MBA, and an AMDP from Harvard's Graduate School of Design, Adil brings big-picture thinking with boots-on-the-ground experience to the greenfield vs. infill conversation.
