Blake Lowden, since joining MCAP in 200 and, is responsible for originating, structuring and underwriting debt and equity facilities ranging from $10M - $200M. In addition to traditional financing facilities, Blake is adept at leveraging his relationships with banks, pension funds, and institutional capital to create and lead syndications as well as A/B loans. Blake has originated over $10B of conventional and CMHC insured loans, primarily focusing on land and land servicing, multi-family construction (townhouse, condo and purpose-built rental (construction and takeout), and retail/commercial construction/takeout.
