Christopher Drobot is Director of Capital Solutions at York Realty Inc., an industrial real estate investment and development firm based in Edmonton, Alberta. With a focus on debt origination, development financing, and transaction execution, Christopher manages a high-volume portfolio of complex deals spanning acquisitions, dispositions, land development, and new construction. He’s built and maintained lending relationships with a wide-ranging lender network spanning domestic chartered banks, regional credit unions, and private debt funds.
