Katrina Rowe is President of Cantiro Communities, where she leads the strategic management of the company’s land development portfolio. With close to 20 years of experience in the real estate and land development industry, Katrina oversees all aspects of Cantiro’s land holdings, including acquisitions, entitlements, construction, financial performance, joint venture oversight, and land sales.

She works closely with builders, contractors, internal development teams, and municipal partners—both administration and elected officials—to deliver thoughtfully planned communities that support long‑term growth and affordability.

Katrina is the current Chair of BILD Edmonton Metro and also serves on the BILD Alberta Board of Directors. She has previously held executive roles with CHBA Edmonton and served as President of the WIN House Board of Directors. Katrina is widely recognized for her collaborative leadership and deep understanding of the intersection between growth, policy, and community building.
