Maarten Constant is a senior legal and regulatory counsel for Rabobank Group. Advising the bank and participating in industry dialogue in the area of bank and corporate governance, prudential regulation and resolution planning, being involved with associated projects for 10 years. Maarten holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the University of Utrecht, with post-academic specialization in the area of financial and securities law at the Grotius Academie.
