Head of Group Capital, Recovery & Resolution Management at Erste Group Bank

Nikolay joined Erste Group in 2008 and held various positions within the bank in the area of ERM - mainly ICAAP & Stress Testing and ALM – mainly Liquidity Management, Contingency Funding Planning and MREL Compliance Strategy. Since March 2024, Nikolay is heading Erste Group’s Capital, Recovery & Resolution Management department.

Nikolay studied management and business administration at the University of Magdeburg, Germany and the Vienna University of Economics and Business, Austria.
