I am a four-generation contractor with an education in Finance and Architecture. I have been on the capital markets side of the business for the last 12 years. I'm currently the CFO of Pahlisch Commercial, the multifamily arm of a 40+ year old masterplan developer. Pahlisch Commercial has 1,100 multi-family units currently in operation in Oregon and Washington with another 600 in construction and a pipeline of 1,500 units.
