Heather is a strong advocate for leveraging technology, automation, and artificial intelligence to modernize finance organizations and improve operational effectiveness. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Master's degree in Applied Economics and Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
