He has held senior finance leadership roles at organizations including Roche, Sunovion, Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, BioLineRx, and Vistagen Therapeutics, partnering with executive teams, boards, and investors to drive financial strategy and operational execution.

Throughout his career, Kwame has led finance organizations through pivotal business milestones, including late-stage clinical development, product launches, IPO readiness, and commercial scaling. His expertise spans FP&A, capital allocation, cash runway management, commercialization planning, and finance transformation.

Kwame is the founder of Skollai Consulting LLC, where he advises life sciences companies on strategic finance, operational planning, and value creation across the development and commercialization lifecycle.
