Richard is a Professional Accounting Fellow in the Office of the Chief Accountant at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). In this role, he focuses on accounting and financial reporting matters. Activities include responding to accounting consultations from registrants and auditors regarding complex financial reporting issues and overseeing the activities of the Financial Accounting Standards Board. Prior to joining the Commission, Richard was a director in PwC’s Technology, Media, and Telecom assurance practice.
