Azba Habib is the Chief Compliance Officer for Column N.A., an OCC-chartered bank built to let developers, fintechs, and financial institutions build modern financial products directly on top of a chartered bank. She leads compliance across Column's deposit and money movement, card issuing and BIN sponsorship, and credit and lending businesses. Before Column, Azba was Global Chief Compliance Officer at Corpay (NYSE: CPAY), where she built and ran the compliance program across the company's Vehicle, Corporate, and Lodging Payments businesses. Earlier in her career, she practiced at a top-tier international law firm, served at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, and worked across several fintech startups. Azba holds a J.D. from the University of Georgia (2008) and a B.S. from Georgia Tech (2005). Outside of work, she's a Peloton regular and spends most evenings as both player and referee in whatever game her two daughters have invented that day.
