Tori Patton is the Head of Client Engagement at Norm Ai, where she leads strategic relationships with the world's most sophisticated regulated institutions, overseeing a client base that collectively manages over $3 trillion in assets. She has spent her entire career at the intersection of regulatory technology and financial services, working with Legal & Compliance teams at companies that offer both SaaS platforms and advisory services to the industry. Prior to Norm, Tori was the Director of Customer Success at Comply. Before that, she worked at illumis, where she managed all client relationships, stood up and scaled the sales team, and served as acting Chief of Staff, ultimately leading the company's acquisition efforts as illumis was acquired by Comply.
