Tuwaiq Association is a non-profit civil society association operating under the umbrella of the National Center for Non-Profit Sector Development and licensed by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development to provide employment mediation services. The Association specializes in human capital development, with a particular focus on developing and empowering national talent.

Tuwaiq works in partnership and collaboration with private-sector organizations to provide Saudi nationals with training and employment opportunities. It also contributes to promoting a culture of work, raising awareness, and providing technical and administrative consulting services.

Tuwaiq provides the private sector with modern, compliant, and practical solutions, including improving Saudization and localization outcomes, as well as providing access to a diverse database of qualified Saudi talent across various educational backgrounds, professional qualifications, skills, and specializations.

In addition, Tuwaiq contributes to empowering non-profit organizations through human capital development and social investment, while building strategic partnerships among the three key development sectors: the public sector, the private sector, and the non-profit sector.
