Joshua is responsible for the oversight and execution of all financial reporting, accounting, and treasury management operations for the Company. Through his leadership, he will enable the company to excel through implementation of high-quality accounting, implementation of system & procedural best practices, and financial planning execution.

Before joining LyvWell, he spent over seven years working in both public accounting for Deloitte & Touche and in the civil construction industry for Prince Contracting. Through his experience he has developed accurate cash flow management strategies, assessed and restructured company’s internal controls, generated and monitored both enterprise and project budgets, supervised financial and accounting departments, and successfully generated and implemented policies and procedures throughout an organization.

Joshua has earned a B.S. in Accounting, Finance, and Real Estate at Florida State University and is a licensed CPA of Florida.
