Usman Arshad is Vice President of Global Finance at HostDime Global Corp, a developer and operator of distributed, edge-focused data center infrastructure across the United States and select high-growth international markets.

He is responsible for the company’s global capital strategy and financial management, including capital allocation, structuring, and long-term financing initiatives supporting the development and expansion of HostDime’s platform.

Usman serves as a primary counterpart to banks, private credit funds, and institutional partners, leading financing and structuring efforts across a multi-jurisdictional platform. His experience spans project-level financing, corporate structuring, and cross-border capital deployment.

Prior to HostDime, he worked at Siemens AG in the power generation division. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from the University of Central Florida.
