Profile

Lisa Davis is a Partner at The Vistria Group in Real Estate. Prior to joining Vistria, Lisa served as Executive Director and Portfolio Manager at PGIM Real Estate, where she started and led a private equity impact fund, investing in affordable housing and mixed-use development and acquisitions. At PGIM Real Estate, she also served as a senior member of the global ESG team, building PGIM Real Estate’s sustainable construction and social value frameworks. Prior to PGIM, Lisa served as Director of Investor Relations and Specialty Originations at Pembrook Capital Management. She also served as a Program Officer at the Ford Foundation in the Metropolitan Opportunity Program, where she led investments in affordable housing finance, impact investing, and the Foundation’s Initiatives in Detroit. Lisa started her career as an affordable housing developer, lender and investor, initially working in neighborhood-based non-profits and later for local developers.

Lisa holds a BA from the University of Texas at Austin, where she studied abroad at the Universite de Paris Sorbonne; a Master in City Planning and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Massachusetts Institute of Technology where she was a Truman Scholar. Lisa holds a CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing and has been a Senior Research Fellow at the Pratt Research Yard. She sits on the board of the Brooklyn Navy Yard, IMPACCT Brooklyn, and Veritas Impact Partners.
