Jolly Singh serves as a Principal, Portfolio Oversight and Co-Head of Real Estate Equity at CIM Group. He is actively involved in the development and implementation of CIM’s Real Estate Equity strategy, as well as the composition, operations and investment priorities for CIM’s open-end commercial real estate portfolio.Prior to joining CIM Group in 2010, Mr. Singh was an Associate in the real estate, Gaming & Lodging investment banking group of Bank of AmericaMerrill Lynch. He started his career at Corporate Executive Board as an Analyst, where he held positions of increasing responsibility. He earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, and a Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate fromthe University of California, Berkeley.
