Profile

Josh Katzin is Chief Investment Officer at Eldridge Acre Partners, a privately held real estate investment management firm. Eldridge Acre Partners is a joint venture between Eldridge Industries and the former management team of AECOM Capital Real Estate. Mr. Katzin was previously the Chief Investment Officer at AECOM Capital. Prior roles include as Managing Director at ACORE Capital, a leading commercial real estate finance company, and as a Vice President of Acquisitions at Starwood Capital Group.


Mr. Katzin holds an A.B. in economics from Harvard College, a J.D. from Harvard Law School, and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School. He is a member of the California Bar and the Urban Land Institute.
