Jennifer Hoops is an award-winning leader in the homebuilding industry, recently recognized as one of Professional Builder’s Top 40 Under 40. With years of experience leading product development teams at major builders like Pulte and Beazer, Jennifer brings deep insight and innovation to every facet of the homebuilding process. Her passion for the industry began early—sweeping out homes for her father’s company as a child—and has grown into a lifelong mission to improve how we design and build the spaces people call home.

Holding degrees in both architecture and political science, Jennifer combines design thinking with strategic policy insight to better understand how consumer behavior, market dynamics, and product availability intersect to shape the built environment. Frustrated by the limitations of existing plan and option management tools, she has recently stepped outside traditional roles to ask bold questions: How can we truly make our industry more efficient and profitable, while empowering people to find the home of their dreams?

Today, Jennifer is focused on identifying the real challenges in the preconstruction phase of homebuilding and driving forward innovative, practical solutions that can transform the industry from the inside out.
