Founder and CEO of RicherValues, Rodney Mollen has over 25 years of executive-level experience in the real estate and mortgage industries, as well as business consulting to privately-held and publicly-held companies from small-cap to Fortune 50 companies. RicherValues is a leading software and valuation services provider delivering comprehensive intelligence to financial institutions on residential assets nationwide since 2019. RicherValues recently launched The OverSight Report, an automated appraisal desk review providing data-driven clarity on appraisal risk, specifically to help the non-QM and DSCR industries combat appraisal fraud and overvaluation.

From 2008-2013, as COO of an Arizona-based investment firm, Mr. Mollen led the acquisition, management, renovation, and disposition of over $1.2 billion in REO and NPLs nationwide. During this time period, he helped the firm issue the industry’s first REO securitization after the financial crisis, helping to revive the securitization market and tolerance for the SFR asset-class. From 2005-2008 Mr. Mollen led private investments into infill redevelopment projects in AZ and CA, and from 2001-2006, Mr. Mollen provided expertise and insight on human capital and business management issues as a business consultant with Sibson Consulting.
