Victor Calandra is Managing Director of Business Development at Newrez, one of the largest non‑bank mortgage servicers and subservicers in the U.S. In this role, he leads strategic growth initiatives focused on third‑party servicing partnerships with institutional investors, originators, and capital markets participants.

Victor brings over 30 years of experience in mortgage servicing and structured finance, including 15 years at Computershare Loan Services (SLS), where he developed deep expertise in servicing operations, portfolio management, and investor relationships. He also held roles at Morgan Stanley and Nomura Securities, where he gained capital markets experience supporting structured products and investor-facing activity.

At Newrez, he works extensively with clients across Non‑QM, securitized, and whole loan portfolios, structuring servicing solutions that align investor objectives with borrower outcomes. His experience includes MSR transfers, portfolio onboarding, and complex servicing arrangements, with a focus on performance optimization, risk management, and operational execution.
