Andie Smith is a seasoned multifamily real estate professional with over 16 years of experience in asset and property management. As Senior Asset Manager at Pacific Urban Investors, she oversees a portfolio of 3,500 units across Oregon, SW Washington, and Colorado, with a focus on strategic asset performance, capital planning, and operational efficiency. She brings deep market knowledge of the Pacific Northwest, a passion for industry advocacy with legislators and elected officials, and a proven track record in driving NOI growth and maximizing long-term asset value across diverse property types.

Prior to joining Pacific, Andie held leadership roles at Holland Partner Group, managing a high-performing portfolio of over 2,000 units, including mixed-use retail and lease-up assets. There, she led operations, implemented capital strategies, and championed team and resident experience development.

Since 2021, Andie has been active on the Board of Directors with Multifamily NW, the Oregon affiliate of the National Apartment Association, currently serving as Immediate Past President where she advocates for industry best practices and legislative engagement across the region.
