Profile

Mark has more than 25 years of experience in logistics and industrial development. Following the October 2025 sale of Altman Logistics Properties, which he founded and led as President, to FRP Development Corp (FRP), Mark now serves as Chief Investment Officer at FRP.


Over the course of his career, Mark has deployed more than $12B of capital across large scale, multi-phase logistics developments throughout South Florida, New Jersey, Southeastern Pennsylvania, and the Mid Atlantic. He is widely regarded as one of the most experienced developers in the logistics sector and has been recognized by numerous industry organizations and publications.


FRP has six active Class A logistics and warehouse developments including: Logistics Center at Delray, a 200,000-square-foot, Class A logistics development nearing completion in Delray Beach, FL; Logistics Center at 595, comprising 182,773 square feet of modern distribution space across two buildings in Davie, FL; Logistics Center at Lakeland, a 201,420-square-foot Class A logistics facility currently under development in Lakeland, Florida—a key submarket positioned between the Tampa Bay and Orlando metro areas; Camp Lake Commerce Center, a three-phase, 1.3 million-square-foot industrial park considered the first project of its kind to rise in Central Florida’s Minneola; Logistics Center at Parsippany, a 140,031-square-foot Class A warehouse facility in Morris County, New Jersey; and Logistics Center at Hamilton, a 170,800-square-foot warehouse development in Hamilton Township, New Jersey.
