Dr. Pierre Perry is a real estate developer, luxury home builder, and business owner with more than 20 years of experience delivering high-end custom homes and overseeing more than $275 million in residential development across Texas.

As the founder of Iconic Custom Home Builders, Dr. Perry specializes in designing and constructing luxury residences typically exceeding $1 million, serving discerning clients who value craftsmanship, design, and quality. In addition to custom home construction, he is actively involved in large-scale development projects, including more than 1,400 multifamily units currently under construction, contributing to both market-rate and affordable housing initiatives across the region.

A Bronze Star–decorated U.S. Army veteran and former Department of Homeland Security Special Agent, Dr. Perry brings a disciplined, leadership-driven approach to business, development, and operations. His background in military service and federal law enforcement informs his ability to lead complex projects, manage risk, and build systems that support long-term growth.

Beyond construction and development, Dr. Perry owns and operates a portfolio of businesses across real estate, property management, and service-based industries. Through his work and mentorship, he supports builders, entrepreneurs, and business owners in developing scalable operations, strengthening financial discipline, and transitioning from operator to owner.

Dr. Perry holds a PhD in Administration of Justice from Texas Southern University and is passionate about helping others build businesses that create both impact and longevity.
