With over 20 years in the construction financing industry, Robb brings both hands-on building experience and deep lending expertise to his role as President of Sound Capital. His passion for helping builders succeed drives him to provide financing solutions that actually work for builders, not against them.

Robb is also the co-author of Sound Capital’s book, Built to Prosper—written to help builders think beyond the next project to design businesses that endure through shifting markets, slower sales, and imperfect conditions.
