Jonathan provides oversight and collaboration for all BTR/SFR assets managed by Willow Bridge throughout the southeastern markets . His role is to bring product specific expertise and standardization to our regional management teams . This allows Willow Bridge to combine its local market expertise with a consistent BTR/SFR specific resident and client experience throughout the southeast .

Jonathan originally started on the multifamily side where he specialized in the lease-up of new construction luxury mid-rise and high-rise assets . Since moving over to our BTR/SFR platform, Jonathan has focused on creating best - in- class management, leasing and marketing practices for this growing sector.
