Rob Parsley serves as Senior Vice President of National Sales for Planet, where he is leading the expansion and national growth strategy of Planet’s Business Purpose Lending platform. With more than 30 years of experience across private lending, Non-QM, and residential mortgage markets, Parsley has built and scaled sales organizations through multiple market cycles with a focus on execution, operational alignment, and long-term client partnerships.

Prior to joining Planet, Parsley held senior leadership roles at Lima One Capital, Carrington Mortgage Services, and EquiFirst Corporation, where he played a key role in growing production platforms, developing high-performing teams, and expanding lender relationships nationwide. His experience spans agency, Non-QM, and investor lending, giving him a broad perspective on how capital, underwriting, and sales strategy intersect in evolving real estate markets.
