Jon Shopay is President and CEO of Anterra Management Corporation, where he leads strategy, operations, and growth across a multifamily portfolio spanning Texas. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance and real estate from TCU and an MBA in finance from Pepperdine University.

Jon brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a background spanning private equity, capital markets, and national asset management. Prior to joining Anterra, he served as a Managing Director at Harbert Management Corporation, where he oversaw multi-billion-dollar portfolios and partnered closely with operating teams to drive performance and execution.

At Anterra, Jonathan is focused on translating operational experience into practical results — evaluating where AI and automation can reduce workload, improve leasing performance, and strengthen the resident experience in ways that drive measurable NOI growth.
