Carla spent more than 20 years advising clients inside institutions including Bank of America and Citi, where she watched trusted banks go quiet at retirement while relationships built over decades walked out the door. She founded My Plan Keeper to close that gap, keeping customers engaged and retained through the handoff instead of losing them to a broker-dealer.
