Boutros Thiery is Mercer's Head of Investments in France and is a member of the Mercer European Wealth executive committee.

Boutros is leading with his teams the management of bespoke investment programs with large institutional investors, private banks and major French Single Family Offices across listed, hedge funds, and private markets.

Boutros has worked for over 20 years in asset management, primarily at Natixis IM and Allianz Global Investors, specializing in investment strategies for institutional investors. Before joining Mercer, Boutros was Head of Insurance for France at Allianz Global Investors and a member of the EMEA Insurance Executive Committee, responsible for developing listed and unlisted investment solutions for insurers in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Boutros is fluent in French, English, and Italian. He holds an MSc in Engineering and Innovation Management from the University of Technology of Compiègne and an MSc in International Marketing/Finance from HEC-ULG Management School.
