Brian Loring joined Vista Equity Partners in 2011 and currently serves as Senior Vice President and AI Investment Specialist. He has spent nearly 15 years leading investments out of Vista's middle-market private equity strategy - Foundation Fund - where he has been actively involved in numerous transactions, such as AlertMedia, Bullhorn, KIBO, Lone Wolf, Mitratech, PeopleAdmin, Sonatype, SumTotal, Trintech and Zego (Powered by PayLease).

Prior to Vista, Brian worked at Riverside Resources, a commercial real estate firm, where he focused on development and financing of multi-family, retail and office properties. He received a BA and JD from Emory University and an MBA from University of Texas – McCombs School of Business.
