Ivan joined HarbourVest in 2025 as Head of EMEA Wealth within the Private Client Group. He focuses on business development and strategy across intermediary wealth managers throughout the EMEA region.

His prior experience includes serving as Managing Director and Head of Wealth Client Business at BlackRock, where he spent 15 years in a range of senior leadership roles. Over the course of his career, he has accumulated more than 22 years of experience in asset management, developing and scaling businesses globally.

Ivan graduated from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid with a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Financial Management Services. He also graduated from Francisco de Vitoria University with a Master’s degree in Corporate Strategy and Business Management.
