Jake Williams leads Alternatives Product internationally where he is responsible for the development and execution of solutions across Franklin Templeton's alternative capabilities.

Previously he led the Product Strategy function at Barings where he oversaw a global team responsible for the research and development of new products across private and public markets. Prior to that he was Head of US Product at Legal & General Investment Management, leading the strategy, development, and management functions. Jake has also held roles at HSBC Asset Management, BlackRock and Lehman Brothers Investment Management.

He holds a B.S.C in Business Administration from the University of Bath.
