As Head of Alternative Client Solutions at Brown Brothers Harriman, Lata is a specialist in product design and client consultancy on fund services for private markets, including solutions for democratized private market products and blended private and public portfolios.

Prior to joining BBH in 2017, Lata worked at Abingworth LLP, a UK-based Private Equity Fund Manager, where she focused on front- and back-office operational transformation projects. From 2005 to 2012 she was a member of State Street's fund administration team, overseeing the London service delivery teams for a range of multi-jurisdictional private equity, real estate, infrastructure, fund of fund structures, and asset owner portfolios. Lata started her financial services career in Mumbai, India focusing on foreign exchanges market solutions at Thomson Reuters.

Lata holds a B.A. in accounting and financial management from the University of Mumbai.
