Martin Gilbert is Chairman of Revolut, the global neobank and financial technology company and Executive Chairman of River Global PLC, a boutique asset manager. He co-founded Aberdeen Asset Management in 1983, which grew to become one of the world's leading independent asset managers. He is NED at Glencore. Previously, Martin was chair of the UK’s Prudential Regulation Authority’s Practitioner Panel. Martin is a chartered accountant, holding an LLB from the University of Aberdeen and an MA in accountancy.
