Thom Rasche is Partner at Earlybird Health, where he has been investing in and supporting healthcare companies since joining the firm in 2002. An experienced healthcare executive with deep operational and financial expertise, Thom currently serves on the boards of Alesi Surgical, Polares Medical, and Shape Memory Medical.

Prior to Earlybird, Thom held senior leadership roles, including Managing Director of Ethicon and Vice President Europe at Johnson & Johnson. Over the course of his career, he has worked closely with healthcare and medtech companies across clinical development, commercialization, international expansion, and growth.
