Michael Williams is Managing Partner and Chief Development Officer at Hazelview Investments, where he co-founded and has been instrumental in scaling the development investment platform to more than 23,000 units, 17 million square feet, and $13 billion in the pipeline.

With 19 years of experience across real estate development, asset management, and investment, Michael leads the full lifecycle of Hazelview's development activity; from acquisitions and underwriting through entitlement, financing, construction, and stabilization. His vision, discipline, and commitment to excellence have been foundational to building one of Canada's leading full-cycle purpose-built rental development platforms. Under his leadership, the team has delivered several award-winning rental projects recognized for exceptional design, performance, and longevity; creating best-in-class experiences for residents and investors alike.
