Nick is an Executive Managing Director and Head of Occupier Services for Canada at Colliers. Leading a high performing platform of 15 team members, Nick partners with Colliers’ advisors and service line leads in managing national and international client relationships as well as identifying new business opportunities across Colliers' platform of services.

With over 20 years of experience managing Corporate Occupier portfolios for Fortune 500 firms globally, Nick’s approach has always centered around driving cost savings, value and creating efficiencies through process enhancements on behalf of clients.

Nick has held roles in Canada with Colliers and Cushman, as well internationally with Colliers where he was a key member of the Asia Pacific Occupiers Services team and Hong Kong Team lead. Throughout Nick’s career, his focus has always been on large asset acquisitions and dispositions, complex lease renewals and relocations for large portfolio clients with high transaction volumes.
